Summer Seminar 2017 anyone?

I wouldn't assume anything. There is a lot of other factors that play a role in admissions to these programs. My DD is in the same boat as you are. She applied in the first week and hasn't heard back as well. I have seen several posts of candidates who have been accepted and some who have even been accepted to several SA summer programs. It's a numbers game. Stay positive and soon everyone will know their status in the next 2 weeks. Good luck.

From what I've been reading here and elsewhere, it's just a trickle who have heard, and there's no relationship between when the application was submitted. Most of us will hear beginning next week after applications close. My DS applied on the first day too, and we're still waiting. Good luck.

No not at all! Wait it out, no news is good news when u don't get a denial! Remember applications are still open so I'm sure there are many spots available but their waiting until next week when applications. So just relax
 
There are so many unknowns with this process, which of course causes a lot of undue stress and anxiety. Hopefully we will receive news soon.

Hoping we will know this week so we can plan for it or move on with other summer plans.
 
Today I was accepted into Session 2. However, this conflicts with SLE Session 2 which I was accepted to as well. I called USNA and they informed me that Session 1 is completely booked and they can't accept any more changes. Just thought I'd put this out there.

Did they say anything about session 3 or was that not an option for you?
 
DS accepted (session 1) and notified on 3/29. Deadline to send in forms and payment was today for him. ✈️ tickets bought! Any other midwesterners?
 
My daughter is waiting to hear about session 3. Does anyone know if all the acceptance emails have got out?
