Maybe contact your ALO instead, I think that the ALO should be your first point of contact. Over the weekend at a track meet my DS was approached by a friend in the community and told that someone from another High School had just received notice from USAFA that they had been accepted. My DS knowing that there is only one slot open in our district came home worried that even though he had the Principle Nomination he had lost the slot. So my DS contacted his ALO and explained what he had heard. The ALO said that the other High School person had only been offered Prep School for athletics. The ALO also told my DS, "be patient, an offer is coming".

Congratulations to your daughter! I was also fortunate enough to receive a vice presidential nomination yesterday! Has your daughter's portal status updated to reflect an appointment yet?

Still waiting here too. Only good news is Friday son found out he received an NROTC Scholarship and on Monday was notified he received an AFROTC Scholarship. Praying that it's a trend and will close the week with good news from USAFA.
Stay positive for tomorrow, I was a principal nominee from PA, got a call from my MOC that mine will update tomorrow.

A few Principal Nominees waiting in April, why the late notification from USAFA? One would think it would be easier for them to make a decision. My DS and 2 others in their school are waiting for a decision as well. Good luck to all still hurrying up and waiting! What are the appointees doing to celebrate?
Hang in there everyone. I know it's getting hard to stay positive but my DS and I were in you're shoes last year. Checking these messege boards and the portal multiple times a day until he got the notification to check the portal on April 9th, the day he received his appointment letter.

Well, still waiting in KY-5 for news. Still 3Q'd, application was competitive all the way through the process, nominated by Honorable Harold Rogers. Received notice from the USAF ROTC that I have received a 4-Year, type 7 scholarship that will cover 100% of my Bachelor's Degree at the University of Kentucky, so plan B at least came through for me. Keeping these fingers crossed!
