ROTC Scholarship Priority Registration?

Does the 3 and 4 YR ROTC National Scholarship include priority registration? I notice some schools such as UCI and USC state this but others do not. Also does a 3 YR Scholarship winner get priority registration at his or her school for the first year if they offer it?

It's up to each individual school.

Each school will be different. For DS first semester freshman registration was the same for everyone. After that he has priority registration. He now registers for classes with the athletes.
