USAFA Class of 2021 Appointments

I keep telling him, it's his decision and we'll support either one. He is the one to live it, not me or my wife. We are both vets (AF and Navy) and did our time. This is his time and he chooses the path that's right for him.



I agree with you on that. It is ultimately his decision. He put in all the work over the past few years to get this opportunity....tho no matter what it has served him well in adding to his character and allowed him to receive great offers from other colleges, but when it come down to it....he has to make the choice that will give him the most satisfaction and happiness. We really have no military experience other than both grandfathers putting in their required time in the army way back when. This will be a first for us no matter which route he chooses.

How awesome! It's so exciting to see you and the others getting these April appointments. I thought our wait was tough (Mid-March) so I commend you all for keeping your sanity. Go 2021 AND 2019!!
 
WOW! My DS received a call from Congressman Schweikert Tuesday and his portal updated this morning very early! We wanted to wait until the portal updated before sharing our amazing news. It's been an agonizing two years for my DS and our family. Dreams do come true! So blessed!

It is so exciting and encouraging to see these amazing '11th hour' appointments. I obviously do not know you or your DS, but am very happy for him and your family along with all the other appointments that have come through over the last several days.
