NROTC Scholarship: Now What?

I was awarded a 4-Year NROTC Scholarship but I did not get into the college that my host unit was at. I transferred my unit to USC but my appeal on admissions did not offer me admission.

What do I do now?
 
Transfer it to a college you have been admitted to I would think. How about your in-state college choice? This is a good example of listing a safety school as the first choice.

I have been admitted to colleges, just the colleges I got into do not have an NROTC program.
 
Are any of them, perhaps, a cross-town school of an NROTC unit at another college? If not, and you cannot find some college with NROTC that will accept you even though you didn't apply (not likely) then it seems you would be out of luck. You might see if your NROTC unit has any other suggestions.
 
For NROTC, you do have to list five schools on your application. One of them has to be in state and one has to be public. You are told to actually apply to all five schools you list, but if you do not apply to all five schools you list on the application or if you list all reach schools and don't get in, there could be an issue.
