To whom and to what address does my counselor send my transcripts

Hi my counselor is going to send my transcripts to the air force academy but I can't find where exactly we send it to and who it's going to. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Check your Instructions to Appointees packet. It's in there. Page 7 if I remember correctly.
