Should I be Worried?

Thank you so much! That was just the thread that I needed. I'm terrified that I may not get the waiver in time, so I'm looking into the scholarship reimbursement option i've heard about. i'll contact my ROO first thing tomorrow about that. I AM a rising MSIII/ junior cadet, so I apparently get priority when it comes to waiver considerations according to my ROO.... fingers crossed, praying hard.

What does a rebuttal look like? Is it like a formal letter? I have pretty good recommendations from some professors and whatnot, and the commander seems to like me.

After considering it, I've decided to just forget the rebuttal and go ahead with the waiver request.

The commander is at a Fort some states away, but he's doing what he can to get the request in ASAP. Since I'm a rising MSIII, and all MSIII's have to be contracted in order to continue the program, my ROO told me that he thinks I'm given priority when it comes to the waiver pipeline. Does anyone know of this or can anyone verify this?

Also, IF I don't get the waiver in time for the scholarship, and I have to take out a loan for the $22k, after I get cleared and the scholarship is awarded, is there a chance that the scholarship would "reimburse" me? As in, would it still pay for the whole 2 years even though I've already started the semester? I'm really freaking out about this because I have no other way to pay for school.
