I think you're above the goal scores in all of the areas so those are some great scores!

We know the max, we know the average, we can do simple math to find out the min, using-
(Max + Min)/2 = Avg

So here what we get for male-

BB throw- 36
Pull-ups- 6
Shuttle run - 8.4
Sit-ups - 67
Push-ups- 49
Mile run - 7:38

Male

There is no way the minimum shuttle run is 8.4. The average is 9 seconds. Trust me, if the minimums were this easy to figure out then the academies would just post them.

Your analysis assumes that the average occurs in the direct center of a perfectly symmetric bell curve for each test, but there is no evidence to substantiate this.

Your equation is flawed, because the equation is designed to use data points of those that actually took the test, the mins established by the academies are not a data point, and certainly not formed based on the averages of those taking it.

You both make good points, I don’t think my formula is perfect but in absence of any guidelines on what min score of an even could be, this formula will at least provides a reference point- if one has scored below the min then thinking about a retake may not be a bad idea
