My CP has put in his application for early admission. He already has his DOdMerb completed due to applying to another Academy. He had been to 2 Bear's Day visits. I though he would have been invited to CFAD but have not heard anything. Could that be interpreted as not interested on CGA's part?

The way I understand it is,there are various ways to show interest.Whether that's going to Bears Day,CFAD, or attending workshops in your hometown.Since your CP has already attended 2 bears days,I would not read much into this.

You have to sign up for CFAD during the fall. If you are offered an appointment, then they will invite you to an overnight stay during the Spring semester.

Davejean90, that is "bean sprouting", and is just for those with appointments. CFAD is a fall program open to 1) those who qualified for AIM, but did not get a slot, 2) others qualified who apply. Note that CFAD fills quickly, usually August or September, so all slots may have been filled in CFAD by the time the OP was aware.

Ok

Thanks for the replies. I guess they do it different then the Navy. Annapolis had him invited for 3 candidate visitation weekends and he made two of them
