State Nomination Threads - Moderated

Anyone heard from CA Senators Harris and Feinstein yet? I got both of my postcards back, but haven't been contacted.
 
My DD got a call and then an email from Gillibrand today....very excited! She also just had her MOC interview a few days ago. Anyone have any feedback about Schumer?

Still no word from Schumer..... sounds like nothing went out yet
 
It varies by state. Some Senators (though this is uncommon) have already told their candidates. Mine let me know last week. Some MOCS, though this is rare, won't turn in their slates until around the deadline. Most are somewhere in between with majority of slates being turned in around late November or early December and most announcements made after late December.

One of the board members gave me his card and asked me to call him if I get in. So hopefully that is a good sign.

At least four years ago when our Firstie interviewed, Gillibrand and Schumer did theirs on the same day at the same place. They may have even combined interviews - memory is a little hazy on that score.

At least four years ago when our Firstie interviewed, Gillibrand and Schumer did theirs on the same day at the same place. They may have even combined interviews - memory is a little hazy on that score.

That is what I am secretly hoping for so we don't have to make the trip twice (more like my DD doesn't have to miss another day of school), along with the hope, of course, that she will get an interview with Schumer's office.

Last year Schumer conducted interviews in his Manhattan office and Gillibrand's interviews were in Albany.
