I was called on Wednesday the 10th, my portal updated Sunday morning, and my BFE arrived on the Tuesday after that at around 1030. In the conversation with my Congresswoman, she mentioned that the BFEs went out on Friday and one of my friends from NY actually got hers the next day. Some kids didn’t get theirs till yesterday. Monday was a mail holiday for USPS.

Are the portals manually updated? Because I usually wouldn't expect them to update a portal on a weekend haha.
I received my call on Wednesday the 17th, now anxiously waiting for my portal update and my BFE to arrive!!

Delaware At Large= we only have one congressional rep for the whole state so there are no districts. Interesting piece of information passed on by my DD FFO. We have three slates per year usually and for the first time in states history they were all filled by Women.
