Thank you for stopping by! I'm preparing for my 3/C cruise after a successful first year in the NROTC program. Just curious who else is getting read for this cruise as well, and what steps are you taking to prepare yourself physically, as well as mentally? Thanks!

Okay now we need to start a CORTRAMID West...

DS is Marine Option and attended CORTRAMID West last year and had a blast. Based on his experience there is no need to prepare mentally or physically beyond normal unit PT. At CORTRAMID, they did some unit PT, but nothing crazy. Worst of it was the MO mids got tear gassed twice during Marine Week.

Bring a camera for some great photo ops, some mole skin for blisters, and enjoy your experience.
