Summer Seminar 2018

anybody get anything today? I still haven’t received anything :( Thinking that I’ll probably get a rejection at this point
 
I’m really hoping I get to go but since I haven’t heard anything I’m not optimistic. I’m from CT.
 
I know of at least two people who applied from my state that have gotten in. We all applied early January and they found out mid-February I believe. I haven't heard anything. Hoping to hear good news but at this point not looking great.
 
Did anyone receive anything in the mail for the Exceptance to the Summer Season or just the email?
 
Confused on the process. My DD applied in mid-January and was accepted the first week in February. We are in Illinois. How do they determine how/when they notify? She will be in first session.

Just for the record and for anyone needing this in case they want to reschedule their NASS, I was accepted to the NASS Session 2, which is the same week that I will be attending the WPSLE Session 2.

I received my acceptance on Tuesday, emailed them about an hour after receiving the acceptance, and was rescheduled for NASS Session 3 by Thursday. When requesting and receiving a subsequent session transfer, one is prompted with a new due date for payment so that they have another 7 days to complete the paperwork and payment.

I got the email from someone at the naval academy. I applied right away too, the second day it was open I believe. I also have a friend at my school who applied weeks later than me and heard back weeks earlier with an acceptance letter. Honestly, I have no idea how they review the applications and in what order. They seem to be all over the place with how they review them and I can’t seem to pick up on any particular patterns.

He’s attending SLE session 2, but still bummed.
 
Hey Everyone!! Just found out, I'm waitlisted. Bummed, but hopeful. I'm coming from Northern Virginia District 10. There's some great competition around this area, so now the next question.... when would you hear if you've been taken off the waitlist?
 
DS just got his decline as well. Kind of expected it tbh. He visited USNA last Summer and is definitely not “on the fence” about what he wants. Still waiting to hear on SLE. MO-04 btw. Good Luck to all!
 
Since taxes are actually due on April 17 this year because the 15th falls on a Sunday, I expect the April 15 deadline will be extended to Tuesday, April 17 as well. Hold out hope!
