If did decided to leave now, after 3 years, can she get to OTC/ROTC? Or the options are just enlisting or oayipathe debt? If OTC is an option - what is the process?

I'm not sure about this one. I think you need to pay a debt if you aren't doing ROTC. You don't need to answer this if you don't want to, but why is she leaving?

If leaving after 3 years isn’t she committed? Meaning if she leaves, she’ll owe an exorbitant amount of money

To give you a good AF answer, it depends... The real question is why is the cadet leaving (voluntarily or involuntarily) or in other words, what is her standing when she leaves (Honorable or down to Other than Honorable). As a C2C, the AF could cause her to enlist in the service at the grade of E-3 or E-4 (depending on skill level of chosen Air Force Specialty Code...AFSC). That said, the best thing to do is read the AF "rules" on this ... AFI 36-3504 (http://static.e-publishing.af.mil/production/1/af_a1/publication/afi36-3504/afi36-3504.pdf). This basically lays out the process of withdrawing. Ultimately, what that means is what does the AF want to do with her...enlist or let her go (pay back) because that will dictate what the next step might be. This is a bit old, but here is a good rundown (https://andrewfullerblog.wordpress....cer-after-leaving-a-federal-military-academy/). As with anything found on the internet...take the window sticker with a grain of salt as your mileage may vary. Each circumstance is its own and different things may apply. There is someone at the AFA that can advise her on the current rules.

Folks, I’m not digging the OP. But NORMALLY, a persons first post on this, or any type of forum, starts off with a brief introduction and a somewhat general question or two. (Which most of us tell them to use the search because there’s 1,374,458 posts about it already).

When a first time poster posts a bomb shell type question, and isn’t posting back constantly because it is so serious, but goes 4 days without a reply, I get very suspicious of its authenticity.

So, to the OP. If your post is legit, then come back and comment. Give details. Don’t be generic and expect to be taken as serious instead of as a troll. Sorry if I am skeptical. But I am.
