Congratulations to those who were selected to enter into NAPS for the class of 2019. I am currently a junior from CT-05 and due to the rigor of my courses throughout my entire high school experience, I do not believe that I will be qualified academically for direct appointment to USNA. Based off of my academics I am going off of my SAT/ACT scores (on the lower end) and class rank percentile. I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know what SAT/ACT score range you were in and class rank if you were accepted into NAPS.

USNA admissions considers more than SAT/ACT score & class rank during the application process. Here is a link to the profile of the current class which is probably more helpful versus trying to 'calculate' something from what you are asking others to provide.

Obviously, it is not just about a candidates academic performance, that’s the point of trying to become 3Q. The purpose of my question is to see if there is a correlation between test scores and class rank to those who were granted an offer to NAPS.

I doubt you are able to make one. One, there are 250-ish who go to NAPS and we might get 10+ candidates on this site who go to NAPS. There are so many factors with recruited athletes and prior enlisted that also go to NAPS that can adjust these numbers. Candidates can go to NAPS for a variety of academic reasons. We have seen candidates be slightly low in their test scores, some who come from small high school that don’t necessarily have tons of advanced level courses, some it could be very strong in humanities types of courses and need some math tune up, some it could be just raising all their academics to give them a boost to succeed at the next level.

I would suggest that you are focusing on the wrong question ..your objective is to establish the best record you can, then submit the best application you can. As 'Hoops suggests, its really not possible to set create a Class Profile for NAPS -- I'm sure numbers are all across the Board.
