Should I be expecting mail with a permit to report package?

Yes, but since you don’t report until later, it will probably be behind the USNA schedule. There will be instructions on what to bring, what you need to do ahead of time, enlistment paperwork, etc.

For now you can go into your portal and there is a big instruction packet with a host of info including checklists, timelines, immunization forms, etc to get you started! The "PTR" should be arriving late April or early May from what I've been told.

A Letter with instructions on nominations and the Enlistment Package has been posted to portals. Looks like the only thing that will be mailed is a letter authorizing enlistment that must be taken to the recruiter along with the enlistment package and other items on the checklist in the enlistment package. All enlistments must be accomplished by July 6, 2018.
