Parents AOG membership, Webguy

My parents went ahead and purchased the $216 4 year associate membership to the AOG using the paper that came in the appointment packet. A couple weeks ago they received their membership card and number. I do not, however, see any information about how to sign into Webguy. The membership card nor the paper that came along with it do not have a user name or password. Am I missing something?

We got an email after we signed up with the username and password. It did not work so I called and talked to a lady named Rachel and she fixed everything. You might want to try that since I-day is just around the corner.
 
As Parents of a 2012, we highly recommend the webguy thing. Lots of money, but worth seeing your basic during BCT. We were glued to the computer hoping to see a pic of our basic.
BTW, good luck to the parents of these basics. In our estimation, its much harder on the parents than the basics.
