Appeal Request Denial and "Program Managers"

Hello SA Forum Community,

Recently, I submitted an appeal to DoDMERB in an attempt to reverse a disqualifying condition that I have reason to believe is a misdiagnosis. Yesterday, however, my DoDMERB medical technician informed me that they were unable to reverse the DQ. He/she (I will keep this person anonymous) also informed me that I had the option to contact the "program managers" who denied my appeal. Does anyone know to whom my DoDMERB medical technician was referring? If so, how do I contact these people? Thanks.

Context: I am going to VMI on a 4-year Army ROTC Scholarship.

I am so sorry you are going through this, since I have no experience myself I believe you should ask your technician how to get in contact with them. I have never heard of that term here in on the forums but maybe I might be missing something.
