A DoDMERB exam qualification is valid for two years.
In Army ROTC, if you have not contracted or received a scholarship while your DoDMERB is valid, you will need to go through the process again. Otherwise you don't have to repeat DoDMERB.
Those in AROTC seeking to branch aviation will need to take a flight medical exam as an MS3, but this is different from DoDMERB.
Have you signed your scholarship form DA FORM 597-3, and passed the APFT? If you have, you should be okay.
Why don't you ask your ROO?
DoDMERB is not required once you are contracted. It is used to screen to get you eligible for scholarship or contract w/o one. Most services have some sort of pre-commissioning physical that is done either junior or senior year. It is usually very thorough and is even more depth if pursuing a pilot, NFO or Rated slots.
Why are you so concerned about another physical? Do you have a potentially disqualifying condition?
