Just wondering what happens if a Plebe candidate develops stress fractures in the tibia during indoc. Looks like it is a common issue this year. My DD is almost done with indoc but has been sidelined from running activities. Just concerned that she may not heal in time for the PRT test at the end of the trimester. Anyone with experience on this topic?

Pretty common occurrence during INDOC. I would not worry about the PRT. Most young people heal pretty fast from this kind of thing. Two pieces of advice. 1. Does DD have good insoles for her everyday shoes? They really helped my DD. 2. If she is still having problems with this issue after classes start, make sure she goes to Patten for a medical chit so she does not have to run between classes like the other Plebes have to so she can have at least a couple weeks healing time.

She currently has a medical chit. I believe they have given her an MRI as well. Not sure what the results are. Hopefully, she heals in time and all is good.
