DoDMERB questionnaire for 2 applications

Will my DD have to do two separate questionnaires for two different academy applications? Or once in the system, can both academies retrieve the data?

He only needs to do one questionnaire. Once it's in the system the other academy will find it when they try to "Kick off" the DoDMERB process.

All Service Academies and ROTC programs use the same DoDMERB file.

DoDMERB is based at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Again, don't be confused if you are applying Army or Navy and DoDMERB requests that you send a remedial form to USAFA.
