Path way for law career/law degree in Military Service Academy?

Also, smart kids don’t have time. They are either busy shooting online game or playing sports. Parents have a lot of free time while waiting for their practice/tournaments. They either explore all the possibilities for their kids or walk around the stadium to kill time.
Soon.to.be.a.leader:, or they could be developing a plan to teach and coach their smart kid to become excellent time managers which would greatly enhance their chances of success in any path they choose, especially the military where time available to accomplish everything on their plate is at a premium[emoji3]

You are right. My son has been learning about time management since 5th grade. My son does well in school because of staying on top of deadline. Moreover, he studied about budgeting and financing but he wants to play online game whenever he has free time. I have no idea why it attracts him as well as many males so bad. It is shooting, killing, bloody, right? [emoji848]

Unless it's something like Mario Brothers. Then it's all about stomping on mushrooms and collecting stars [emoji3]

Soon.to.be.a.leader:, just out of curiosity, where is your son at in the application or decision process and where gradewise in school? I just saw on another thread where you're also asking about Military Boarding schools. Probably the reason for my asking. Here's hoping he succeeds in whatever path he chooses.

My kid won’t go to boarding school. My friend kid is shopping for boarding school so she asks me about it. I can’t find any info so I ask people here.

Don't know anything about boarding school but would think that like all other private schools they would be in it for the money and would accept students that wanted to attend and had the ability to do well in that setting. The issue of just sending wayward kids to them to get straightened out is probably more myth that reality. I could be mistaken though. Might try looking to some of the senior military academies for ideas on what is available out there and the requirements. That might be one of their avenues for recruitment to their programs.

There are “military” schools whose mission is addressing behavior problems. For example:

But there are also those, like Culver, that are respectable academic schools:

Your friend just has to do the research. These schools are not “feeders” to academies, though; no schools are. The academies appoint candidates, not schools.
