CULP applications due tomorrow 10/31

For those contracted cadets and parents out there, my DD almost missed the deadline. Her HR person asked her today if she had completed her CULP application because they are due tomorrow. With mid-terms she had completely forgotten.

She said it was easy, personal info, GPA and her APFT, so there is still time. She said the hardest thing was remembering her passwords to login and apply.

My daughter has applied as well. The application in the Cadet Portal only allows the cadet to do so much. The APFT, Language proficiency and other items must be loaded into CCIM by the cadre or HRA and then it populates the CULP application. My daughter’s problem has been to get the folks to update CCIM. Her PMS recommendation is already loaded, but still no language info is showing. She has been trying to get the stuff loaded into CCIM for about three weeks. But nothing seems to be updating.

She is emailing the ROTC folks daily to try and be sure her application is complete. Hopefully, they will get CCIM updated by tomorrow. Otherwise her application will be missing items.

I saw where historically, some folks get notified of their assignment in early November. Is this typical?

I hope every thing gets updated for your daughter. My DD did not give me that much info, haha. Just that she had to enter a few things today and then her HRA called her in and verified some things and she was told it was all complete.

Her biggest problem was that she couldn’t remember her login information, she is actually worse than me on those type of things and I am pretty bad.

Not sure when notifications takes place, I cannot remember.
