My DS is taking three AP classes during his senior year. I believe he identified these in his application, but they don't appear on his transcript, which summarizes his completed classes through his Junior year. How will the Admissions office consider these classes?

I’m a Mom of a Plebe. I am not from admissions. What I know about this, is that it’s part of the overall picture of a candidate. USNA wouldn’t expect someone applying to take an easy load their senior year. Additionally, any significant changes to what is provided to USNA as part of your application, would have to be provided to USNA. IOW, an applicant cannot provide a certain class schedule plan and then not take those classes. I also know that some applicants were required to provide their last semester grades for consideration.

Doesn’t the application portal have a place for you to list your senior year classes? Or maybe I am confusing my DS applications.

My DS was asked by USNA via email to send mid year transcripts. Most decisions don't occur until March timeframe so they should have updated transcripts(you should have your school send them)
