Personal Statement Formatting

On the application, it says, "Include the Personal Statement number/prompt and your name at the top of each upload document." Does this mean they want the prompt (ex: Describe your experience facing or witnessing discrimination or unfair treatment....) or do they want just the number of the prompt? Thank you!

In my opinion, the Service Academies in general, are all about details and making sure you can follow directions. I have not seen the application that you have described but if it says, "Include the Personal Statement number/prompt and your name at the top of each upload document.", I would say to follow those directions explicitly and include exactly that.

Again that is just my interpretation of what you posted, and others may weigh in on this, but that is my take.
