Personal Statement

The personal statement instruction stated that you need to put what personal statement number it is and your name above it. I only put the personal statement above my letter. I forgot to put my name above my statement. Will this affect my app in any kind? I'm a bit anxious about this. I already submitted everything.

I did the same thing but I applied EA and I didn't see those directions I'm sure we will be okay, I'm sure a lot of people did the same thing it's in your portal thats all that matters

my DS just submitted today with the info but if you hit the review button before sending you would see it automatically generated on the PDF as well

@cc.cg and @jaglvr. I was notified from my admissions officer that we'll be fine just as long as we submitted before the deadline. Thanks anyways!
