I am almost done with my USNA 23' application. I have received a nomination to USNA, passed my CFA, and awaiting for my DoDMERB status. My counselor finished my academic and activities record; although, my high school transcript is still missing in my application. I don't know if the academic information that was sent to my counselor included an option to send my high school transcript. I asked her, but she said that she forgot what was in the academic information recommendation. I am curious and worried that USNA won't receive my transcript before the deadline. I recently emailed my Admissions counselor, but I still haven't received a reply. It's been 3 days. Any tips or suggestions on what I should do?

This is what it shows:

Assuming that your guidance counselor mailed in your official transcript, it sounds like you have everything covered. Admissions gets very busy this late in the candidate cycle. Keep following up with both sides to make sure it was sent and rwceived. Don't give up the ship!

I had to specifically ask for my official transcript to be mailed to admissions. The counselor form was something different from what I understand. It took a little while to be uploaded, so I would make sure it is sent as soon as possible
.

DS had his sent back in September. By November... still nothing. Overnight mailed them again. Finally mid-December they showed up in his portal. I would say there is a log jam in that specific process at all times.

I am assuming that my counselor did not send my official transcript via mail. I asked her personally and she said she doesn't know what she is doing and what she sent.

I will finish this by this week and fix this problem. I won't give up on sending this file. I won't make one missing document stop me from getting into my dream school.
