Also, you're still in the running until you get a TWE, so don't count yourself out even if it seems like someone already won your congressional slate. USNA has plenty of nomination sources to use of they want to appoint you. Best of luck!

While I agree that there are many paths to an appointment, I don't think that disclosing which congressional district an appointee is from can be a privacy issue. Even if you know all 10 nominees on that slate (assuming that there is one appointment available that year), it would take some effort and even then doesn't seem likely that anyone would be able to correlate that appointment to an individual candidate based on a self-selected screen name. At least two of the appointees have listed their districts. If someone had received the appointment from our district, at least we would know that was off the table.
