DoDMerb Applicant Site-Downloading Review, Mailed Date Disappeared?

Up until this morning when I logged on to the DoDMerb Applicant Site, there was a little yellow box saying that my medical was reviewed 20-FEB-19, mailed date was N/A, and it had a link to where I could download a PDF stating that I had passed/failed (I passed, thankfully). But when I logged on a few minutes ago, the yellow box disappeared with all of the aforementioned info, and I was only left with the review date and the other events. I added an image of it below. Anyone have the same problem? Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance!

I believe this has happened to me as well. Do you mean the box that was directly below the correspondence log, which had links to your PDF letters and such?
 
My status completely disappeared and so did my 'applicant data' section. There's just some commas and my ss#. Wonder what happened... didn't look at DoDMERB for awhile until I saw this thread.
 
Sunday nights into Monday morning are typical times for production DB backup and Maintenance. I wouldn't say that it is usual for the data to be offline for this long … but DoDMERB is not like some Highly-Available site like Amazon, which has User data Replicated in near real time across many Data servers in many far-flung locations for Resiliency.

So be patient. The data is still there.
