Have you been working on a Plan B? Could Plan B include attending a university with an NROTC unit, joining as a college programmer and working your butt, then re-applying for the 4 year scholarship as a freshman? If not selected for that, keep working and apply for the 3 year scholarship. This doesn't have to be the end of your road, just an obstacle to overcome. It looks like you were applying as a Marine option, so PLC and OCS are additional options.

My son didn't get into NRTOC last week. I told him if he wants it bad enough he ll work his butt off to improve himself and get it next time out. There are a lot of great, hardworking candidates you are going up against. Work on your weak points and it will make you a better candidate and person.
