Those still on NWL ..what are the chances

You should always be focusing on working plan B while you wait. You have plenty of time before you need to execute on plan B though. Patience. The waiting is hard but you don't have a TWE yet.
 
It seems like people want to give up because they are still waiting. Do not give up. You still have a month to go. My Yuk didn’t get notified until very late April. There was nothing for months and then there was a BFE on the doorstep in the rain. It is rational to make other plans—click accept, send that deposit—and reflect on what you will do when you finally hear something.
 
Agree with DrMom. We had the deposit in at SU just in case with an ROTC scholarship offer. Then in late April, a call from the Senator and next day a BFE

We are still waiting as well but are proceeding with Plan B as if we aren't waiting. DS is attending merit recognition weekend at the school he assigned his ROTC scholarship (4-yr), which includes registering for classes. We have already applied for housing and paid the deposit, and will put a small required deposit on tuition this weekend. Some of it is refundable, some not, but all together it's like $500 so, for us, that's a small amount to lock in the classes and dorms DS will want at the university. While I would rather have an answer like yesterday, it is what it is. DS has been very patient but yesterday he asked when I thought it might happen so I think he's starting to get anxious as most of his friends are have their paths figured out.
