Enrollment forms

Has anyone received envelopes in the mail that are supposed to be used to mail enrollment forms? (Preferably CGAS people)
 
I didn't, so I just mailed mine in overnight mail to the address provided by Lt. Rivera
 
I am a future CGAS as well and was a little confused about the documents that were required. I emailed Lt. Rivera a few days ago and asked what needed to be sent in. As of right now, the only things that needed to be sent was the acceptance/ decline form for your appointment and your birth certificate and social security card in certified mail. That can be in your own envelope. All the enrollment forms on the CGAS page have different instructions on the form itself. They will be mailing us certain envelopes to mail them back in or they are emailed, depending on the form. but just check each form, they all have different due dates.

And this is the original SS card and BC? I told my dad this and he couldn’t believe we had to send the original documents.
 
Yes, original documents. Send registered with return receipt.

Original documents are needed to start the security clearance background checks.
 
Does anyone know when we will receive the envelopes to mail the enrollment forms in? Also, some forms say not to sign them. Should I fill out everything and just leave the signature spot blank?
