AROTC 3rd board results are posted!

The transfer process is very straight forward. Follow the instructions and you will likely be granted a transfer. Be advised that if the cost difference is significant a 4 year may be reduced to a 3 AD.

Accept one of your offers. Craft an email explaining that you are requesting transfer and why. Attach your acceptance letter and your denial or waitlist letter if applicable. Send the email and documents to Cadet Command. You should find an email on you offer letter. Make sure you are in touch with your gaining school (ROO is usually best POC).

Thanks! We completed this process today, following the instructions under the Additional Information tab and she will contact the school’s ROO tomorrow. We’ll see what happens. Thanks for the reply

DS was awarded upgrade on Friday. Awesome news
 
Just got off phone with CC because DD’s portal and file upload area was not showing up correctly and wanted to confirm they could see her uploaded file to accept. While on the phone and getting confirmation that they could indeed see her stuff, there was just a glitch on our end, the staff member mentioned they awarded 1500 scholarships on third board!

So does that mean that due to the number of awarded scholarships on third board ,it will take some time to get through the acceptance uploaded letters? Or due to the glitch it just remains on pending even after they received them?

When I spoke to the them this morning she said the POC’s were working their designated acceptances. I called at 7:45 and my DD’s was approved around 9 a.m. I called because her upload site looked odd this morning and when I went to check her file it was uploading blank. When I called I started with “ I know you are busy with the boards just coming out but I am concerned you cannot see the actual file.” Told her what our portal looked like and blank page and She was more than happy to look it up for me and confirmed it could be seen and confirmed selection. I did not ask now expect them to approve it after calling. But I’m glad it was finally approved, now to the next step
 
Haven’t received any word on the scholarship. Still presenting with “boarded under consideration”
Does this mean I didn’t receive the scholarship?
I know a lot of people know already for the March Board.

My DS portal says the same. Hopefully this week it his and yours change to winner. All I keep telling him is take care of what you can control. Finish the year with straight A’s.

DD’s scholarship transfer to her school of choice was approved today!! Good luck to those still waiting!!
 
I only contacted them because my daughters portal looked odd and when I tried to open her uploaded acceptance letter it was showing blank. They confirmed it could be seen and said to watch portal for updates as POC’s were working uploads as fast as they could.
Today DD received her DODmets email, now we start that process.
