We anxiously await USNA decision for our son. While he has been accepted to other universities, he refuses to look at the acceptance letters and/or awards.

We understand that all applicants will know by April 15, but our hearts are starting to weigh heavier as the days get closer to April 15.

Do we have anyone in this forum who has received any type of decision? Will my son receive some form of letter i.e. denial, waiting list, NAPS or the GOLDEN TICKET acceptance?

There is a thread for self reporting appointments. There was also a thread from March 28th where it appears USNA sent out a very large number of TWEs based on the responses. And there are several thread discussing all of those that still continue to wait.....

Its excruciating, even with a solid plan B in place.

I just posted something similar over in the USAFA forum. I am also wanting to know if we will FOR SURE know by April 15th. DS is waiting for USAFA and USNA.
 
It’s almost harder to still be in the running at this point! Which you are. Admissions is working so very hard to get it all wrapped up. At this point, they are dealing with placing the last pieces of the puzzle together. Hang in there! A few more days to go.

There are cases of appointments as late as June. It can happen!! But you should have you answer soon!
