I don’t think the dates are related. I think they started the process of mailing them after the fifteenth of April.

My son accepted on February 13, 2019. Received it today the 23rd.

Corresponding forms, a few welcome letters, some information about validations, uniform measurements website link, checklist to make sure you turn everything in at the right time and place

Anything about the math placement test we have to take online before I day?
 
Will you be notified that they have sent PTR forms? I'm a little worried that it'll get lost somewhere and I wouldn't know if they are on their way or not.

No notification they were mailed from USNA. They just ‘show up’. You can sign up via USPS for Informed Delivery, which is an email picture capture of all incoming mail to your address that day. Then you will know what’s coming that day, and if you didn’t receive what was scheduled to arrive, you can follow up.

Furthermore, sending everything back, if you want notification they have been delivered, set that up at your post office as well. I believe it’s certified mail. You pay a little extra, but will have peace of mind knowing they have been received.

Just a warning, the packet is updated to Class of 2023, but not all the links point to this year's forms yet. The Immunization form, for example, has been slightly revised this year, but the form on the website is still last years form. Please wait for your packet to arrive before completing the forms. However, if you haven't received your PTR yet, this link is a great guide to give you a head start on collecting info and maybe getting started on shot series you may be behind on.

No, my memory is not that good. I posted that list in a thread last year, and it was pretty easy to search, then cut and paste.
