Good afternoon,
I am attending session 1 of NASS in about 4 weeks and I was wondering if anyone could give me some training tips for the CFA. I've been running every day for a week now, and plan to continue, but I am below average for sit-ups and pull-ups. I do plan to take the CFA at least one more time in the fall, and will continue to train after NASS, but I would prefer not to embarrass myself at summer seminar . Thank you!

You have to keep running every day. If you are fortunate enough to receive an Offer of Appointment next year, you will be glad you did.
Run. Every day.

The only way to get better at pull-ups and crunches is to do them every day, as well. There are videos on YouTube that offer up ideas on how to do better on the basketball throw and the shuttle run. You should watch those, because technique in those two "events" is a key to success.

With only 4 weeks, you have to practice every,Do a few practice tests in event order to gauge where you stand at the end of each week. Doing 1 pull up at CFA is better than 0
