SLE Packing List Question

On the packing list, it states to bring a twin sized bed linen. I have read multiple times before that they are XL twins, but I also have heard they are Regular Twins. Does anyone know for sure?

I am also attending Girls State, and they want XL, even if SLE is regular, would XL still be fine to use?

If anyone has any extra tips or information to pass along about SLE, that would be great.

I am also attending Session 2.

Thank You.

You can bring whatever you have. Don’t buy anything just for SLE. If you bring a couple of flat sheets, they’ll work regardless of XL or not. No one will be paying attention to what you brought.

I'm going to SLE too. Would I be fine if I just bringed a sleeping bag and didn't use sheets and blankets?

I bought my son Tknit sheets. Easy to pack and they stretched to fit the xl mattress. He was flying so was aware of space restrictions. Sleeping bags work but bulky to pack.

Sheets seemed to be the easiest to carry and pack/unpack. However, a roommate of mine brought a sleeping bag and was just fine.

if you bring a sleeping bag, just remember that it will likely be quite hot in the barracks at WP.

The beds are twin XL. I brought sheets and a blanket last year and there weren’t any issues. You’d probably be fine with just a sleeping bag but I’d recommend putting something on the bed itself. The rooms are hot as well and you probably don’t want to sleep inside a sleeping bag.
