USNA Receipt of PTR

Does the portal reflect / confirm the USNA’s receipt of the PTR? I returned the PTR by certified mail about 10 days ago and haven’t yet received confirmation. If not, do they contact you if they haven’t received the PTR?
 
I would normally say don't worry about it, but if you sent it via certified mail and haven't received confirmation that it arrived, that's a problem.
Your tracking number says it is still in transit?
 
I sent mine 10+ days ago and I haven't gotten confirmation, but I have been getting automated emails and texts from Navy Federal thanking me for joining. While I did sent about 5 different envelopes (NFCU being one) total, I suspect they all arrived.

I have copies just in case they did get lost or for whatever reason.

Was the PTR supposed to be updated on the candidate information portal as recieved once it got to its destination?
 
Using the USPS’ certified mail + return receipt combo should result in “I have proof I sent it and you acknowledge receiving it.”
