100% agree with guidance already shared- go to the source and find out in the manner outlined and quickly/ politely. The only thing I can think to add - it may help to verify which GPA people are referring to - cumulative GPA, senior year GPA, or Q3/ Q4 GPA. Unweighted v Weighted GPA (popcorn shrimp, coconut shrimp...) For any specific slice/ view, are you aware if ANY of those fell below a 2.5 for you? Like did your Q4 or senior year GPA courseload GPA, unweighted, drop below a 2.5? Or, where did your GPA (unweighted) fall below a 2.5 - does that apply to you at all? Just to be clear, I have no data as to what matters but the important thing is that you understand what's being measured, and where you stand. You need to be armed with data to dispel any false concerns. Hopefully this is just a misunderstanding. I have empathy for situation and can only recommend you sort this out pronto - best of luck and keep the board posted on what you find.
