Another day, another two horrific shootings in America

It seems most mass murderers have severe mental issues. As it turns out, most people with severe mental issues have used or do use psychiatric medications. Who would have thought!

Of the 27 deadliest mass shooters, the vast majority (some articles say 26 of 27, but they are wrong. It is more like 21 of 27.) came from "broken families with no biological father at home".
Most had no Dad at home, some had a conspicuously absent Dad, and a couple just developed screwed up ideologies that no parenting was likely to curtail.
Clearly though, there is a need for more fathers to help raise these kids, alongside their mothers.

Even then-Senator Barack Obama (way back in 2008) said: “We know the statistics—that children who grow up without a father are five times more likely to live in poverty and commit crime; nine times more likely to drop out of schools and 20 times more likely to end up in prison. They are more likely to have behavioral problems, or run away from home, or become teenage parents themselves. And the foundations of our community are weaker because of it. Of all the rocks upon which we build our lives, family is the most important. We are called to recognize and honor how critical every father is to that foundation. If we are honest with ourselves, we’ll admit that … too many fathers are missing—they are missing from too many lives and too many homes.”

Essentially by definition you have to have severe mental issues in order to perpetrate a psycopathic event.

There are many thousands of people in this world with mental illness on medication who do not perpetrate such events.
