Better than 0%, less than 100%. Seriously. Because no one here can tell you your chances with any meaningful accuracy. Too many variables and unknowns. Someone will post that they had similar stats and got a scholarship. Someone else will post that they had similar stats and did not get a scholarship. Worry about what you can control and focus on submitting the best application package you can.

The first reply says it all. I went through the process and the results were always unpredictable among friends. For example, I won a three year scholarship during the second board last year while my friend with a higher SAT and GPA won nothing. The board looks at the whole person and not just one defining trait. They look for well-rounded individuals. I won't post my stats. It would just drive you insane like it did me.

Cant determine your chances but PFA isn't very competitive. GPA and test scores looking good though. See if u can update those scores by the next board and your chances will increase.

What leadership have you displayed? Boy Scouts w/o Eagle Scout doesnt mean much. Board is looking for SAL- student athlete leaders. It takes all 3 to get a scholarship.

Leadership...youngest achieved Eagle Scout plus started an outdoor club at school for non-Scouts, served as its president, planned/co-ordinated all activities.

Did not receive a national scholarship but was offered a campus-based 3-year (good grades, but lower ACT/SAT scores)

School offered 50% scholarship for their freshman year since they already had the 3-year.
