Coming home uniforms

What they wear when traveling can vary from year to year and even from company to company. Also sometimes plebes will have different rules from the upperclassmen.
 
Plebes will wear dress gray if required to wear a uniform off base. Often a travel requirement for Plebes when traveling Home.

When I did CVW, the the plebes told me they have to wear their seasonal uniforms home I think. Either the blue ones that are not the dress, or the white sailor ones.
 
DD was in her working blues coming and going. Uniform is mandatory for plebes from the Yard to arrival at first destination and vice versa.

Was nice to see and all the plebes got applause from the waiting families in the terminal.
