Has anyone heard anything about how they are planning to handle this, or know when the cadets can expect to hear something. Cadre has indicated last week to DS that a decision had been made already and that they would be announcing something today. Curious as to if anyone else heard that or has heard anything at all?
On a side note- has there been any clarification on how they will handle pass/fail grades when calculating GPA for OML points?

Heard today that they aren’t planning on announcing anything now until May 1st. Having a hard time believing it won’t be cancelled at this point.
 
Agree with @gill0610 - Cadre for CST 2019 was already at Knox at this point last year. No idea how they could even get close to it. A few COAs have been sent out but they are also varying from program to program. MG Evans posted on Twitter that it would be about a week.
 
And they just posted that they still haven’t made a decision. Making it tough for these kids to make any kind of plans... summer jobs, online summer college classes etc...
 
Well it isn’t just the military, and it isn’t just summer plans that are at stake, we just are not able to plan anything right now, it is a strange new reality for sure! I totally get it, it is tough, it just is what it is.

Nothing yet. I understand that everything is up in the air for a lot of people right now. My frustration is that on 2 separate occasions Cadet Command has provided these kids with dates on when to expect an update. Both of those dates have now come and gone and nothing. I have a hard time believing they don’t have some sort of plan in place. DS days they teach them as a core leadership competency that a timely good decision is better than delaying a decision to try to get to a perfect one (I may be paraphrasing here...). Doesn’t seem like the folks at cadet command are walking the walk...

Like everyone else, Cadet Command has a boss. They met with TRADOC and others last week so I would expect news in the next couple weeks. They are addressing the 25 meter targets first.
 
So it seems advanced camp is now officially cancelled. More training during senior year with details to follow.
