At USNA, plebes were instructed to report with their hair cut to "Plebe Summer" regulation in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Does anyone know if we have to do the same thing, or will our hair still be cut at West Point?
 
USAFA was given the option to still have their hair cut. Since we have not had any communication about this I do not think they will make us cut our hair.
 
If they want you to report with a plebe haircut, they will tell you.

Returning Firsties did not have to report back with regulation haircuts. They got haircuts at USMA after returning.

Are you referring to the 2020 Firsties reporting back for graduation or this now applies to the 2021 Firsties returning?

That was the 2020 Firsties - actually they were technically 2LT's when they went back for graduation.

At first they were told to report back with regulation haircuts, then apparently someone realized that many states had no barbershops open.
