Seeing some posts highlighting bad behavior at certain schools. Try to game another for what? Well bad behavior, get used to it. Some young adults have a tendency to get into trouble. Sometimes some make really bad decisions. The purpose of officer training is to enable the recently commissioned officer to deal(lead) with up to 45 young people who, when left on their own are capable of doing some really stupid things. It is your job to manage that. It is your job to install common sense, responsibility and direction into your command. As far which school is better, it does not matter. My DS(from Norwich) was at a forward base in Afghanistan when a friend(from VMI) bumped into him and told him to avoid a certain road when leaving. Son followed his advice and he and his platoon reached his destination safely. An ANA group traveled that road the next day and were almost destroyed. A few people in the military are cutthroat and do all and everything to advance their career at the expense of others. Most though of the mind set of being on one team and doing all that they can for others. Which mindset are you?
