Weird, I didn't have to create a new profile at all. I hope it's just the portal and nothing on your end. I do recall seeing a post from the architect(?) of the old portal and he/she just told us to be patient and not to freak out too much. Hopefully y'all will be fine!

Okay everyone, I have had some confusion just like some of you others, but Iā€™ve just figured out how to open the PCQ in the new portal. DS/DD/You sign into your portal just as you would with summer seminar, then UNDERNEATH the SS application information on the bottom left side of the portal, there should be a link that says something along the lines of ā€œstart a new application.ā€ At first I thought this was only pertaining to SS, but after clicking that link I was taken to the PCQ. Hope this helps, if you have any questions feel free to reply and I will answer as soon as I can.

This is very helpful. šŸ˜€ I saw that also I wasnā€™t sure if it meant start a new summer seminar application.....

I wouldn't be too concerned, thousands of applicants go through the same thing every year and there haven't been any issues that I've heard of regarding uploading your SSN

I went ahead an submitted it. Its just got me a bit anxious you know with technology these-days. Some things are so easy to hack, etc. I just want to be safe.
