Our son is a junior in high school. What is the best physical exercise he could do to get/stay in shape so that when the fitness test is administered, he'll perform well? Join a gym? Take a boot camp fitness class? Use a personal trainer? Swim?
He plays club soccer and high school lacrosse, but does not train on his own/ outside of this.
