ozzie- I don't know about the program myself, but the thing to do is to start a thread on the ROTC forum and pose your question. I'm sure that there is someone out there who knows about Baccalaureate Completion program. to start a thread just go to the ROTC forum then hit the button new thread- add a title and text in the box then hit the submit new thread button and you are on the way.
