I recommend that you keep checking the website and make a lower offer if you think the property is priced high. I have already booked the house I rented for the next two Parent Weekends (13 & 14) and graduation 2015.

Hi,
We are going to Parents' Weekend for the first time (our son just received his appointment in March) but also wanted a house to rent. We found nothing in the $1500 range, and we need a big house because we are bringing 5 adults and so we need 5 beds. I ended up renting 3 hotel rooms with 2 queen beds per room, because I could not find a house for less than $2000 and up. I went to the same website as you. Maybe you can help me with ideas. Are you going to rent the same house next year too?
