I am hoping to receive a NROTC Scholarship starting in the fall of 2014. I am a senior in high school, and have already sent in my application earlier this school year. I am a female applying for the nursing program. I am very involved in my school, running varsity cross country for two years. I was the girl's captain one of those years. I was the manager for varsity track. I am currently a member of the varsity cheer team. I have a 3.86 GPA unweighted, and a 4.1 GPA weighted. I have taken five AP classes. I am ranked number 6 in my class of 181. I am the president of the Student 2 Student Club, secretary of Interact club, a member of choir, a member of National Honor Society, and a representative for my class in student council. I have also completed many hours of volunteer work through these clubs and church activities. Will I have a chance of receiving this scholarship?
